1939 - Joan Rosenthal Coulter
Joan Rosenthal Coulter, 87, residing in Sandusky and formerly of Milan, died
early Saturday morning, July 19, 2008 at Firelands Regional Medical Center,
following a brief illness.
She was born, Feb. 2, 1921, in Tiffin and was a graduate of Columbian High
School. She attended Denison University in Granville and Tiffin University in
Tiffin. She was a veteran of U.S. Navy WAVES and graduated from Aviation
Machinist Mate School in Norman, Okla.
Edward W. "Bud" Flechtner Jr., 88, of Tiffin, died Tuesday Oct. 28, 2008, in the emergency
room at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin.
On Feb. 24, 1920, in Seneca County, he was born to Edward W. and Dais Mae (Myler) Flechtner Sr. He married Norma Williams Jan. 4, 1954. Survivors include his wife, Norma of 54 years, and many nieces and nephews.
