Emmett Mullins Jr., 53, of Tiffin, died Thursday,
January 29, 2009.
Emmett was the assistant superintendent of the water pollution
control center for the city of Tiffin. He was a member of the
Tiffin Moose Lodge and Eagles, and was a 1974 graduate of
Columbian High School.
